30-Day Return Policy

We give our all of clients 30 days to consider their LG purchase. We know this will be more than enough time to ensure you love your item.

However, if for any reason you this is not the case, and your purchase is in original condition, and not a custom creation or resizing, you may return it within 30 days of the shipment date for an exchange or refund.

The Return Process

Upon receiving and accepting the returned item, our team will issue you a refund or process your new item shortly thereafter. Please note that returned items will undergo a through inspection by our specialists and that any items displaying signs of alteration, resizing, wear, or damage cannot be accepted for return. LG Custom Creations cannot be returned. Finally, uninsured or improperly packages will be refused upon receipt.

Two ways to Return

If you would like to return a Lambros Goldsmiths item, you have two options.

1.     Return your item in person to our Virginia store (7137-C Little River Turnpike, VA 22003)

2.     Prepare your package for return by mail. Packages must be fully insured when selecting this method.

Preparing Packages for Return

Returning your item by mail to Lambros Goldsmiths is an easy three-step process.

1.     Email us to let us know to look out for your shipment. We will give you your return authorization code. Write this code on the top of your original invoice, and be sure to include the invoice in your return packaging.

2.     Prepare your package, including all original materials and invoice. Please, for security reasons, refrain from writing Lambros Goldsmiths anywhere on the package.

3.     Insure your return package. If the price of the item you paid, as listed on your invoice was

§  $500 or less: Any carrier can be used to ship your package back to LG, provided that you fully insure your item, and request a request a return receipt for delivery confirmation.

§  $501 or more: Ship your package via USPS Registered Mail™. Insure the package for the total value of the contents, and ask for a return receipt for confirmation of delivery to LG.

§  $10,000 or more: Particularly high worth items will often require special return arrangements. Please contact an associate at LG for assistance prior to preparing your item for return.

Important Note about Lambros Goldsmith Unique Pieces

Lambros, the fine jewelry designer and master goldsmith, is renowned for his Uniquely Handcrafted pieces, which are one-of-a-kind masterpieces. These pieces, for your enhanced shopping convenience, are often displayed both online and in-store.

Because of a very slight time delay in our system updating, it would be possible for an in-store client to walk in, fall in love with an LG piece and purchase it. If virtual client were to do likewise online, but before the in-store sale is reflected in our system, a possible result could be an item being sold online that is actually temporarily out of stock.

In this instance, we provide two options for the online client:

• Full Refund/Exchange for a different/similar piece
• Custom creation of a new, almost identical (everything handcrafted is always slightly unique) LG masterpiece, especially for you. This process can take up to 4 weeks, but most often less. If this is the case, we will get in touch with you prior to beginning the designing of your custom piece of jewelry.
